How It Works
Selling to Aura starts by bringing your items to the Fort Worth store, reviewing them with appropriate testing, hearing the offer, and deciding whether you want to move forward.
1. Gather and contact
Bring the items as they are, along with any boxes, receipts, grading reports, service records, or labels already available. You can call, text photos, or use WhatsApp first when you want help planning the visit.

2. Review the items in person
Aura examines the item, its markings, condition, construction, and relevant market factors. Electronic testing or traditional acid testing may be used when appropriate to help identify precious-metal content.

3. Hear the offer and choose
After the evaluation, Aura explains the offer for the items under consideration. You decide whether to sell. Store hours are daily from 10 AM to 8 PM, while direct phone, text, and WhatsApp contact is available 24/7.
